Aqib Aziz
Chief Executive Officer
Aqib holds a background in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University. In 2022, he took over Bodevolution, a provider of private beauty and aesthetics courses. Recognising the need for strategic realignment, Aqib rebranded the organisation as Acquire Learning College. Under his leadership, the focus shifted from vocational training to mainstream education, with an emphasis on building academic partnerships within the Higher Education sector.
David Gwynne Harries
Executive Principal
Dr. Harries holds a PhD from the University of Leicester and was headhunted by Acquire Learning College for his extensive experience in higher education and his proven track record in successfully implementing strategic plans across multiple organisations. His background includes work as a reviewer for the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) and running his own private education institution. This breadth of experience is invaluable to the ongoing success and strategic growth of Acquire Learning College.
Maldwyn Buckland
Head of Quality Assurance
Maldwyn brings a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles, having served as Vice Principal, Director of Quality & Standards, and Higher Education Policy Manager. He has also worked as a Senior Consultant with the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) and, since 2013, has been delivering Governance, Quality Assurance, and Partnership Development services to a range of higher education providers. His deep expertise in quality frameworks and institutional development continues to make a significant impact across the sector.
Dianne Harrison
Head of Administrative Operations
Dianne is an experienced manager with a proven track record in education. During her time at Dewsbury College, she developed strong skills in negotiation, operations management, coaching, strategic planning, and training. With a passion for fostering growth and improving outcomes, Dianne brings a results-driven approach to leadership and team development.
